I doubt many will read this, but I feel this essay can be used by many of you out there that have voted on the right and have loved ones on the left who appeared to have grown to hate you over the last few years despite nothing you have said or done. I’m going to start with my logical points as to what attracts me to vote for DJT, I will talk about some short comings – and then I want to delve into the rhetoric and projections that I feel are real (with video clips and history) as opposed to what I see as perceived fake fears the left has about Trump. This alone could be a book, but I’ve been writing this on and off for about a week and need to get this out before elections finish.
Why am I voting for the right?
I’m 48, I do well after devoting my life to work, and want to keep a lot of what I make. I grew up dirt poor, where the most money my dad ever made in a year was $13,000 and my mom was a stay at home mom mostly until I was 6. The poverty line then was $16,000. We had help from grandparents – neither sets were wealthy, but this might have been like loaning my dad $2,000 for a used car. Because of where I came from, I worked super hard within the system to get ahead.
At the age of 12, I read a book about government waste and I was hooked as a fiscal conservative. That is, I want government to spend as little as possible. This also means I don’t want a large government, and I want them out of my home, my bedroom, and my businesses. This led me to be more libertarian. Still – I recognize a need for minimal social safety nets and have compassion towards others plights – to a degree, which led me to being socially liberal and voting with the dems for 20 years. But liberalism is built on freedoms. Freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, liberty. Over the last 10 years, it has become pretty clear that progressivism is closer to socialism and has usurped classic liberalism. The classical liberals who are against censorship have now been put under the umbrella of protection by the GOP. While the classical liberals and conservatives can disagree on policy – both needed to unite under this tent to protect the ability to be able to freely debate ideas.
What is also important to me is my security. You see “mostly peaceful protests” over summer of 2020 with George Floyd, and you see cities burning and looting out of control. No one being charged. Lawlessness. Millions of illegal immigrants crossing the border in the darkness of night and we don’t know if they will be a gardener, a nanny, or an MS13 drug dealer on Long Island that hacks people up with machetes. I worry about narratives somewhat condoning people stealing things from those that have means. “They don’t have anything” is thus a justification to seize on the behest of someone else. Meaning, as a liberal, my right to defend what I own is up there for me. and I feel the POLICY of the Biden/Harris administration has ERODED my security.
Furthermore, I don’t want us in wars. “They hate us for our freedom” was lying rhetoric. They don’t want our military bases in their backyards. I can’t blame them. Have us bring our troops home. Trump once talked about South Korea paying for our 25,000 soldiers there. I am not sure that ever happened, but it was clear the US was doing a lot of the world’s policing. Much of this was meant to allow for us to expand McDonald’s into the desert in the Middle East, or selling jeans to someone in a hut. Much of our military action is to allow for the expansion of being able to sell Taco Bell to other countries. Our young soldiers die for this. Likewise – we have our forces out and about as deterrents. And – many times we fight clandestine wars behind the scenes none of us ever hear about to prevent a warlord from taking over and killing millions of innocent people. Still – my first reaction is “bring them home”. When I worked under the Defense Logistics Agency, we were sending things to like 700 locations all over the world.
Under DJT, he was “peace through strength”. Our enemies knew the playbook better than we did, and his mannerisms – his asymmetric means of attacking issues – kept people in check. He actually drew forces back everywhere. He initiated no new wars, and used a few precision strikes to make his presence known. I feel like he really is anti-war. He wants the “best and the most beautiful nukes” – but the blustering with N Korea led to this. More on this later. But to me – he reached out his hand in peace, and it STOPPED the nuke testing.

I have a 15 year old and one major thing going on when I was 16 was the Iraq war of 1991. Both of my parents came from the Vietnam era, and both were petrified the draft would be re-opened. I HATED Cheney as a war monger. I felt that the US interests were in spending a lot of money on defense contractors, we blow shit up, then hire those same defense contractors to go in and do “nation building” when our bridges are collapsing. To me, DJT is the anti-war candidate. Tulsi Gabbard is a major anti-war political figure, and as an O5 now in the military, she has made her way up to Lt. Col. She is an impressive human being, and early on she was a nurse or medic that saw all of the people blown up by war. I feel that Trump’s platform is far more anti-war than the left.
I am a massive fan of gold and silver – and understand money far better than 99.99% of the population, and Trump is pro gold and pro crypto. He wants to punish currency manipulators through tariffs. How he had implemented tariffs were incredible effective – so much that the Biden regime didn’t roll them back. The left’s rhetoric these days is more focused on control and something called a central bank digital currency. Big picture – it is a tool that can be implemented to control populations into compliance. For example, the left mandated clot shots – and with this, “vax passports” were a thing. Using CBDC, you could have your wallet “turned off” until you comply with a government edict. Assume for a minute that the left implements a carbon score for your grocery bills to comply with cow farts – and then limits the amount of beef you can buy at the store by putting rations on your CBDC that can control what you buy. This is anti-liberal. This, actually, is fascism.
You then have the concept of censorship and mainstream media. More on that below, but in 2020 with the elections and vax stuff, you had a lot of people trying to speak up. The media read copy more or less line for line as to what the government wanted them to say, and with this – government-sponsored censorship happened. Under the guise of “misinformation” the government became a participant in pressuring social media and corporations to promote the government propaganda. It is 1980s soviet style shit. No, that isn’t classic liberal. It’s controlling. Elon musk bought twitter, and in my mind, has saved freedom of speech and because his had independent writers publish the Twitter files – it exposed the depths of the collusion of government and social media. I am a free speech liberal at heart. Is Twitter perfect? No. Do you still see Q level stuff? Sure. But rational people can mostly understand the difference. I feel community notes helped Twitter improve, where anyone can make any claim – but there can be a counter claim for the reader to then check that information. We almost had a secretary of misinformation – shit you would only see in Orwell’s 1984.

We then go to food. I have been overweight most of my life – having lost 175 pounds from 2016 to 2019 and doing 5ks and triathlons. I learned the history of nutrition, and I “did my own research” which led to 150 health blogs – each longer than a graduate paper with citations everywhere. The big takeaway was that “big food” owned everything, and with this – promoted cheaper and cheaper ingredients.

The worst, perhaps, is “vegetable oil”. Sugar is a close second – but all of our shitty food and terrible ingredients have led to obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and alzheimers. I was aghast at how inconsistent our CDC was during COVID with masks, and they seemed to make shit up as they go. RFK is spearheading MAHA – or “make america healthy again”. I fully support this. And, while I just don’t know about the causation of vaccines in autism – the correlation needs to be studied more in depth.

I’m very concerned about freedom of speech. Harris and team have said essentially they wish to address freedoms with the first amendment due to “misinformation”. That’s not how this works. They use the term “misinformation” but in reality, the word “malinformation” is what they are trying to prevent. If I tell you that you take the COVID vaccine and it will prevent you from getting COVID, THAT is misinformation. However, when this came out – that’s exactly what they told you. And people like me would speak up and tell you “it’s not preventing COVID” and it was labeled “misinformation”. No. Malinformation is CORRECT information, but that which goes against the propaganda of the government.
The above video is SCARY – and when you start using terms like “misinformation” to smear me, when it is actually MALinformation that disputes propaganda, you try and silence me with censorship. Again – shout out to Elon for allowing everyone to debate openly.
With respects to inflation and spending power, the left is an advocate for an extreme form of Keynsian economics called Modern Monetary Theory or “MMT”. Essentially, in this scenario, debt and spending doesn’t matter because you may “grow” into it. It uses the government’s tax and spend as a driver of economic activity rather than the free markets. I want LESS government. LESS government control. One thing that Elon was consulted on was an “office of government efficiency”. I spent FIFTEEN YEARS as a federal contractor in the DoD, and I want our government’s spending slashed like it’s a used furniture store going out of business. I want, need, and crave the idea of these massive government agencies stripped by 90% of size. This, again, is my libertarian side. I feel this kind of life is what I like:

In this type of scenario, no one is around me. 100 acres. Fresh air. But city life is much different where you need more rules and regulations. The problem is the “elites” try to run our entire country as if it is a city, and it’s not. You have people that want different things.
I also value exploitation of our natural resources. As a gold mining investor, I’m pretty up to speed on how different state jurisdictions work for how easy it is to permit or not. We have all the oil we need, yet we are depending on OPEC prices for how we are buying oil? Why do we care about the middle east? Let them be. Let them live in peace. We got our oil, you got yours. Now, does that mean I want oil spills every week? No. Part of the leftist’s thinking, I believe, is let them mess up their back yard and we will just buy from them. In my opinion, it makes sense for American industry to create a ton of jobs by exploiting what we have.
Lastly, I feel that 40 years of companies leaving us has nearly wiped us out. Because of so much free trade, companies realized they can move plants from here to SE Asia to make things for 1/10th the cost, then ship it back over here and sell it in Walmart. This made people who owned Walmart very rich, but when those factories closed, the union workers with high paying jobs and benefits lost them – and then had to work at Walmart and get food stamps and public assistance. I believe in isolationism and protectionism, and feel there is a smarter way of bringing back those jobs. Imagine there was a factory with 5,000 workers here. 25 years ago, a company built a factory in SE Asia and stood up 5,000 jobs there. It is my belief that with AI, chips, and automation – we can build a factory here that maybe produces 5 times what one of those plants in SE asia does, but maybe only has 500-1000 employees.

The net result may hurt other countries, but it creates jobs here and reduces the costs of goods for us (deflationary). I believe DJT’s teams understand these mechanisms better than any political team of my lifetime.
Next – we have guns. Harris has said that within the first 100 days, she would do a mandatory gun buyback. Circumventing the Constitution and congress. NO. STOP. Any time there is a shooting, you had all of the news agencies saying the same damn thing. 99.999999% of gun owners aren’t the problem. If you use this same logic with knives, you would have people trying to seize your kitchen knives. It’s just not serious.
Last, we have taxes. I am so damn sick of “make them pay their fair share”. Sickening. STOP. SPENDING. There is never enough. They will take, and take, and take. Let’s shrink government and let the people that earn the money spend it where they feel it is most efficient.
The rhetoric – against trump
Someone writes a story, then all of the media above amplify the message. Then, planted bots also seed the stories all over social media. Let’s start with a very recent example:
MSNBC compares Trum MSG rally to 1939 Hitler rally:
What MSNBC didn’t do was pan across the audience – which showed Jewish flags hanging from the rafters. Trump’s daughter married into a Jewish family and his grandchildren are Jewish. It’s completely despicable.
Most recently, you had Obama talking about “very fine people”. He knows it isn’t true. But they say it enough and enough and enough and it becomes true to you, especially when voices aren’t out there to defend against it.

Yet this is run out there every day by newspapers, press, TV – to the point where your grandparents in the old folks home listening to CNN 24×7 all probably think he said white supremacists are very fine people.
Let’s also talk about how he was “convicted of rape”. I have seen this up and down Twitter. No, he was not “convicted of rape”. Conviction is a criminal prosecution, where you are determined to be guilty by “beyond a reasonable doubt” – so this is like a 95% confidence. This would require a jury to unanimously find him guilty. That, did not happen.
What DID happen – to the best of my understanding, is that a woman claimed Trump raped her many years ago. She couldn’t tell you the exact year. Trump called her a liar. She sued him for libel. She won a libel suit against him in a jurisdiction that is highly prejudicial against anyone non-lefty. In THIS TYPE of trial, you only need 51% of the jurors to find in the plaintiff’s favor. “Beyond a preponderance of the evidence”. What most do not know is that NY changed the statute of limitations laws so this could proceed. There was no physical evidence, no police report, no video of this happening in a store, and no witnesses. It was her word against his.
Now – we need to back up here. The MeToo movement then decided that “all women need to be believed”. In reality, our system is “innocent until proven guilty”. MeToo had thus created a situation where merely accusing someone of something, in public, now has the weight of someone actually doing the crime. This – is horrible. The good side of this is that a lot of seedy Hollywood shit went down because of it, but you can’t just believe someone because of their sex organs. You need evidence.
Many of these people with millions and millions of dollars get accused of stuff all the time. Many times, it might cost them a lot in the press or with lawyer fees – someone makes a salacious accusation and demands $50,000. The lawyer fees to fight it might be $1m. The damage to the person’s brand or contracts may be worth millions. Therefore – it is fairly common for massively wealth people to settle shit all the time we never hear about. I don’t know what is true or not, but sometimes people are opportunists and want to get a pay day. Other times, really bad shit happened – but there’s no evidence, so settling out of court is beneficial. Meaning – you have to start with skepticism at claims and then review evidence. If the evidence is not there, how can you hold someone to account for something there is no evidence they did? Merely accusing Trump today of things is the equivalent of finding him guilty.
He has had 3 wives. He’s not a “traditional family values guy”. True. No argument there. But does someone who is divorced mean they cannot lead a country? “He cheated on wives”. OK – he’s a billionaire who had women throwing themselves at him 24×7. Could he have been more faithful? Yes. Is he a perfect individual? No. But many of us out there have broken relationships, step kids, custody – so I’m not trying to elect a boy scout. I’m looking for someone who can govern.
He is a Putin puppet! In 2014, Russia invaded Crimea and seized it under Obama. Obama sanctioned some Russians. Done. In 2016, the “Steele Dossier” came out and the only thing on CNN and those networks for 4 years was “bombshell reports” about Russia. For you dopes not tracking, here’s what happened. Again – go find this on any network you want now:
- The Steele dossier was funded by a law firm that was HIRED BY THE HILLARY CAMPAIGN. Her campaign was later found guilty of hiding this and fined like $130,000.
- The dossier had 80% of its information from one person, who admitted lying about everything.
- This dossier was not vetted, and then used by the FBI to get a FISA warrant to SPY ON THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN.
Big picture – Hillary did some Nixon level Watergate shit, and had she won, my bet is the Republicans would have spent those 4 years showing this Watergate part deux and having her resign or be convicted in the senate after an impeachment. No one know the level of depravity this is – and most of you still think he is a Putin puppet. Putin then invaded Ukraine in 2022 under Biden. Notice that Putin was held in check for the 4 years DJT was in office.
He is a CONVICT! In my opinion, with no evidence, I believe the reason Harris was picked for Biden as a running mate was the idea that if Trump lost, they wanted to bury him. I believe Harris as former AG of CA was uniquely equipped to design and execute a full on lawfare campaign against DJT.
- Impeachment 1 – Trump found Biden doing quid pro quo. There is literally video of Biden bragging about it. Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet. Biden got the prosecutor fired who was looking into Burisma. His son Hunter was being paid like $80k a month to be on the board of Burisma. The irony here is they somehow impeached on “quid pro quo” against Trump. Astonishing.
- Impeachment 2 – J6. This was another smear. Trump told people to be “peaceful” and “go home”. They used the word insurrection not because it was, but the idea was that if he was found guilty in the senate of insurrection, it would prevent him from running ever again. The republicans are the most armed army in the history of the world by a factor of 100x. Yet 10,000 people with signs let in by capitol police is an insurrection that he somehow masterminded. Got it. The only person killed was a protestor by police.
- Real estate – $500m fine. Here, we have clown car show 1, where the NY AG brought charges up on Trump for falsely inflating the value of his Mar A Lago – to borrow against it and buy things with it. This is ridiculous. First, I can claim my house is worth whatever – $10m. If I try and borrow $5m against it, the bank would send people out to determine if it is worth what I claimed in the event I defaulted. This happened. The bank was happy with the valuation. Trump paid the money back he borrowed. Due diligence was done between sophisticated private parties. The bankers testified for Trump. There was no fraud. No damages. No victim. The JUDGE then inserted his OWN valuation of the assessed value of $19m to conclude that Trump was being fraudulent. A $500m fine was then meant to seize all of his liquidity to prevent a run for election. This is federal election interference. Trump didn’t use PAC money, and self funded a lot of 2020. The idea here was to deprive him of a war chest to fund a campaign.
- CONVICTION!! – Trump was CONVICTED of 34 felonies! In an orgy for the left, you have now proven he is Hitler. Wait. What was he convicted of, exactly? Please, explain it to me like I’m 5. Because you actually don’t know. You cannot describe it. Big picture, it has to do with Trump’s former attorney paying off Stormy Daniels right before the 2016 election. Paid for by the attorney. Trump claims he never had sex with her. I don’t care if he did. The problem was, that the claim had to do with paying “hush money” from campaign funds just days before the election. They used consumer protection laws meant to protect you from buying a defective toaster to somehow twist this with a hush money payment. The FEC declined to prosecute this back in the day because there was no actual law broken. On appeal, the closing arguments are the prosecutors begging not to get disbarred. It’s hilarious. I listened to it. People will be disbarred over this. But you have your conviction, right? Yeah, not so fast.
- Tampering in Atlanta!! This one is pretty funny too. They got arrest warrants for all kinds of people over CLAIMS over issues with the 2020 voter irregularities. This led to this. When you lean in, and realize there’s no crime – suddenly he got a ton of street cred because it started to expose how corrupt a system can be to imprison whoever they want.

So – there was a targeted effort to destroy him. Some states tried to remove him from the ballot due to those convictions – in a sense, depriving people from the right to be able to elect him.
So to “save” democracy, they:
- try to send him to prison on “trumped up” charges in multiple jurisdictions
- Prevent him from running for office against by using “insurrection”
- Try to bankrupt him and seize his property over a routine real estate transaction
Has he said stupid shit on tweets? Yes. Does that deserve him being murdered for it? No. The rhetoric today is soooo hostile.
Trump was beloved by everyone until the moment he won the GOP primary in 2016. At that point, the machine turned on him. He fought back. You didn’t want that.
My issues with Harris
With this, I’m going to present some points – and each has video clips if you want me to search for them.
- Talking about nothing. After minutes of speaking, you realize there is no substance that came out. Talks in circles a lot. Not clear at all about her positions. She talks about how her “values haven’t changed” since 2019, yet she tries to present herself as more moderate. She cannot tell you why or how she changed her positions.
- She has talked about mandatory gun buybacks. This is gun seizure. No.
- She talks about equity of outcomes, not equal opportunity. This is terrible for a merit-based system.
- She has talked about implementing a “wealth tax” on unrealized capital gains. This is a California idea from just a few years ago that is perhaps the dumbest thing ever.
- Prior to becoming the VP, she was recognized as the most far left senator in the senate. Further left than socialist Bernie Sanders.
- She got .5% in the primaries in 2020 and was destroyed by Tulsi Gabbard on stage. That should have ended to aspirations to president.
- She called Biden a racist, then seemed happy to be a pick for VP. When questioned, she kind of grinned and was like, “that’s politics”. Not likeable.
- I don’t believe she has any clue about the economy. Despite being an economics major, she tends to parrot a lot of Keysnian stuff. While it may have worked during a massive deflationary time in the Great Depression, the opposite should be in effect in times of high inflation.
- She and Biden were the architects of the greatest inflation of the last 40 years. While you can attribute some of that to the Fed intervention during COVID – and rightfully so, on day one, Biden stopped the Keystone pipeline and shredded any ability for us to develop more oil. For most of Biden’s term, gas prices have been near $4 a gallon, if not more, near me. If you do not understand the correlation between energy costs and the economy, you need to sit this one out.
- She and Biden were part of the team to FORCE the vax on people. Through government pressure and influence, many people lost their jobs. I was cool with Operation Warp Speed to make it AVAILABLE to people. But because Trump was the architect of that, you had many people saying they would never touch it, only 6 months later to be fully masked up and telling you to take it or lose your jobs.
- She has talked about a path to citizenship for the nearly 21 million illegal aliens here. This is insanity. This is not xenophobic – yet another word they try to gaslight you into thinking. No, I love a LEGAL immigration system – with a FILTER and APPROVAL mechanism. Do you drink water out of a creek, or do you boil it and filter it first? Why? Because you need to prevent the bad stuff coming in.
- I can’t stand listening to her for long. I have tried to listen to her for substance, only to be irritated by the cackling laughs and “you know what I mean” things.
- She has the inability to think or speak on her feet. Trump has done deals for 60 years. He wings hours of speeches. He took press conferences all the time. She has small windows of time, her team provides questions in advance, and they have a million subjects they cannot ask her. She is not someone who is powerful and knowledgeable that I would put in a room with Xi or Putin. She needs a team to feed her cards and notes, and script things.
- Biden himself called her a DEI hire. Whether that is fair to her or not, I’ll leave to you to decide. But when Biden was running, he talked openly about picking a minority woman. We need to pick and elect the best and the brightest, despite their sex or melanin content.
- She ran a “soft coup”. Opinion here is that she was an architect of forcing Biden out. Biden’s problems were apparent to me and anyone voting for Trump in 2020 – as he campaigned from his basement and was hidden. They pushed up the debate time with Trump so they could gauge how well he would do prior to the convention. When it became clear that what the republicans have been saying for 4 years to even any child watching – they needed to make a change. At that point, there was one of two options. Have an open field at the dem convention, or have Biden step down and have Harris take his nomination. It is my OPINION that she threatened to invoke the 25th immediately if he didn’t step down. A Twitter message apparently written by a staffer is how it was announced. Had they gone to a convention, Harris would not have won. She needed to make a move. No one liked her. But if they didn’t pick her, they would have lost $200m in a war chest of donations. She has never won a primary in two elections, yet she is somehow neck and neck with Trump because of the machine behind the dem party.
Conclusion – let’s wrap this up and talk about some single issue voters
I have a well thought out reason why I support the GOP platform and Trump. I have some reservations about his “mean tweets” but a lot of that was in response to the mass media going at him 24x7x365 for Russia. He got into the mud to wrestle with the pigs. He was crass. But he was highly effective with economic policy – and it was the best economy of my life until COVID happened.
I didn’t like a lot of his picks, and 2 months ago he admitted that he made a lot of poor choices. He said that you come in, and have about 10,000 appointments to make. 100 or so important ones, and then they select the 10,000. He used a lot of the establishment people – who were the swamp he was fighting. This led to a lot of people trying to slow him down, get in his way, and derail success and progress.
This time around, he has assembled an Avengers level team of all former dems meant to install centrists into government that are rational and capable. RFK, Tulsi, Vivek, Elon, JD – his team is really good. I am very excited about the team and what they can accomplish, and who they may put in charge of what. If you think about it, very closely, you have a liberal group of people now running the GOP umbrella.
What I didn’t talk about was abortion. Or gay rights. I’m a 48 year old man who can’t have kids anymore and don’t want any more, so I tend to stay away from abortion. I don’t like it, but I understand why someone might want to do it – especially those young and broke in their teens and twenties. I am a Constitution guy, and with that, I never liked Roe as a decision. I support gay rights and gay marriage, and I didn’t agree that the Supreme court essentially made gay rights legal across the country. It’s not because I don’t agree with gay rights, it’s that the courts are NOT the place to make laws. They interpret laws. Many people on the left keep talking about wanting to expand the supreme court so they can make laws there. It’s not its purpose.
With Roe, it didn’t make abortion illegal. And no, Trump is not pushing for a national abortion ban. State’s rights for me is a MASSIVE need for our republic. You need to be able to have different cultures migrate to different states. Each state can then have their own identities and mores. So if you live in Alabama and it’s highly Christian, I’m ok with them making anti-abortion laws. If you are in California and you have casual unprotected sex 7 times a week and want to have abortions, I get it. But morality like this should not be mandated at the federal level – UNLESS THERE ARE FEDERAL LAWS. Now, if there were enough votes, the house, the senate, and the president could sign a law that allows abortions. Or prevents them. Neither item is suitable to the other 50%. So what do you do? Kick it to the states. If I am thinking about moving to Texas, I need to keep in mind maybe they have stringent abortion laws. It’s an idea. Maybe this appeals to baptists. Maybe they attract more religious people. However, maybe the laws are too harsh, and people move away.
States will then be able to adapt as needed, much more quickly and nimbly than a US congress.
With respect to gay marriage, heterosexual marriage is licensed by the state. It’s not in the Constitution and not federal law. All the Supreme court said was that you cannot make laws that prevent it. It didn’t legalize it the next day. Still – I feel like states like Alabama who might be super conservative may not want to issue gay marriage license. Let them be backwards. Gay people will leave. Once millions of people start to move out of a state – they lose jobs, tax revenues, and people are open to becoming more progressive. But the big picture here is lost with Article 1, section 8 with the interstate commerce clause. I was married to my wife in NY. I live in PA. I never applied for a marriage license in PA. Same holds true – you can get a gay marriage in a state where it is licensed, and this license is then recognized in all other 50 states – like a driver’s license.
My point is that the left wants to bypass the Constitution and laws to favor populism via the judiciary. That isn’t where laws are made. The courts uphold the constitutionality of a law, or interpret it for specific situations.
I feel that “wokeism” has gone wayyyy too far. The men playing women’s sports is a line in the sand for me, and I have a very hard time understanding the defense of this.

Here’s how you settle this. Boys and girls swimming is now separated by sex, not by gender. Done. I don’t care if you have 100 genders or you identify as a cat and want to put a litter box in your home. Don’t care. But if you tell me at work that you identify as a cat an I need to put a litter box in the bathroom, we have a problem. I don’t care about drag shows. Not my thing. It’s adult entertainment. Have at it! Going back 30 years or so you had a movie like “Bird Cage” that was hilarious. RuPaul has been around forever. We are all desensitized to this, for the most part.
However, I don’t have an interest in consuming drag shows, very much like you have no interest in going to a coin show with me. I know they exist, I have zero interest in seeing them. I want them to be happy and live their happiest lives, in an adult setting. However, again, there are limits of things I just feel not right about.

If you try and tell people that drag might be a form of hypersexualized image of sorts – why would you put them in front of a child?

I just feel like this is wrong. I can’t tell you why, but I feel like this subject matter isn’t something that children should really even be aware of until adolescence. They get curious. They want to know things. Allow a parent to be able to determine what the teenager sees. But putting 4 year olds in front of drag queens is, to me, highly inappropriate. I feel the left champions subjects like this – to push things in front of kids. The GOP has its problems with super Christianity, but I can see where they may wish to promote modesty and less promiscuity.
One image I won’t post here was that of a drag stripper in a sense around a bunch of kids putting dollars in his G string. Horrified. And I’m not religious. I have kids. It’s up to ME to talk to them about adult topics, not a school, not an activist teacher. ME. In some portions of the country, the schools want to promote gender education, then hide identities from parents. Completely bat shit stuff. And the worst part is that what I’m saying isn’t bigoted. It isn’t crazy. It’s not conspiratorial – yet having normal thoughts like this get labels put on you by people who want to cancel you. They want to deprive you of your ability to earn an income and provide for your family because you do not share their radical views. And – they mostly win this game. Even writing about this is highly dangerous. As a classical liberal, I am not only worried about censorship from a dem-led regime, but I’m worried about political ideological censorship from a woke but vocal community who HATES anyone who doesn’t embrace their culture 1000%. My opinion, like most of the GOP on them, is – do whatever the hell you want behind closed doors, in night clubs with ID, at parties – but keep it the hell away from my kids. For that, you try and demonize them as fascists or some crazy shit like that.
Meaning – I want no harm to come of you. I want you to live a free life. I want you to be able to live your best life. Just stay away from the goddamn kids and you will be fine. I watched Will and Grace. I watched Orange is the New Black with Laverne Cox. But below is where the outrage is. Apparently 4chan found that 20 of 80 of these singers in this video are s%x offenders.
I’m using the Matt Walsh video above because I could not link the original video from YouTube as the creators have disabled it for sharing.
I listen to Dave Rubin every day – he’s a political commentary guy on YouTube that was a dem and is now a republican, and just happens to be gay. While it occasionally comes up, he talks about ISSUES.
In this last section here, I wanted to show how the left dangles out these two issues and promotes an idea that the right HATES you if you are LGBT. We….do NOT!! We….don’t CARE!! The issue is that the LGBT has become an identity in the sense that everything you do and see is through a lens of that identity. And the left tells you that somehow Trump is going to reverse gay marriage. Note, in 2003 or so he was at Elton John’s wedding around the time that the Clintons and Obamas were not supportive of gay marriage. They tell you Trump is going to “round up” LGBT people and put them in concentration camps???? Are you insane? He was president for 4 years and he spent a majority of his life in NYC and in the entertainment industry with LGBT people around him for 40 years. They are trying to tell you he and other GOP people HATE YOU to pander for your vote through fear. I don’t want a boy to use a girl’s bathroom. That isn’t extreme. Yet they tell you it is. Have kids. Then we will talk.
With respect to abortion, this is another single issue concept. It is true that Roe was reversed, but it didn’t make abortion illegal. Check the state you live in. If you live in California, there is zero chance the next 100 years that abortion will be made illegal there. So, if you are in California, and you have unprotected sex and do not use birth control, DJT being elected means zero difference to your life. What they are now doing is trying to tell you that Trump supports a national abortion ban. He does not, and he has said it 50 times. He believes the issue should be with the states. IF DJT is NOT making abortion illegal at the NATIONAL level, why do you care if he is elected? This is a battle for you at the local level. Demonize a governor or your state congress/assembly.
But these wedge issues they shove down your throat every day to somehow convince you of some dystopian Handmaid’s tale shit. It’s crazy.
So. I’m not racist. I’m not xenophobic. I’m not misogynist. I’m not a transphobe. I’m a normal guy with rational thoughts who wants to be left alone from government, wants more money in my pocket, and radical viewpoints to be kept away from my kids.
